QSAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you participate in our Beta Tester Program.

2. Data We Collect

When you sign up for the Beta Tester Program, we collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, country, Telegram/Discord handle
  • Device Information: Box model, Android version, RAM, internet speed
  • Usage Information: Current IPTV player, portal type, IPTV experience level
  • Test Reports: Function test results, performance ratings, bug reports, NPS scores, feature requests
  • Technical Data: IP address (for rate limiting only)

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To manage the beta testing program and communicate with testers
  • To improve QSAI based on test reports and feedback
  • To prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam detection)
  • To display anonymized or consented testimonials on our marketing page (only with your explicit opt-in)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security policies to restrict database access. Our hosting is EU-based where possible for GDPR compliance.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only accessible to the QSAI team for program management purposes.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of the beta program plus 12 months. After this period, your data will be anonymized or deleted unless you have an active QSAI subscription.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for theme preference storage (localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
